News item: Barry Bonds slugs pitcher Jason Christiansen.
Take: What's the big deal? Giants fans have been wanting to slug Christiansen for some time.

It was long overdue. In fact, I'm pretty sure Bonds was the very last National League player to make solid contact with Christiansen this season. -- Wally
